Partnership Manager isn't usually a role you start in — it's one you grow into. My partnership journey started at Intigriti, being one of the first members of the sales team, where the learning curve was steep. A few years later, I joined Payflip: ambitious, fast-growing, and already some strong partnerships in place. That's where things really took off — diving into white-label partnerships, fine-tuning referral programs and negotiating with some of the best providers out there.

I built the Partnership Collective because I wanted to do more with that experience and create the community I once missed myself. A space where partnership professionals can share openly, grow together and remind each other: you stand out through relationships. Through the human moments. Through making people feel like they belong.
